Ruchika has an extensive background of global experience in sales, advertising and development, more specifically 11 years, in Commercial Real Estate and Business sales.
Having built a solid network of small and medium business owners, she has versatile skills selling warehouses and retail. Ruchika has helped a number of businesses owners in their business expansion and exit strategy.
She graduated from the self employment program from Douglas College. She is also a member of the Surrey Board of Trade.
Ruchika has excellent communication and leadership skills. She is positive, resilient, hard working, creative, and enjoys working with business owners. She enjoys amalgamating her diverse experience to help entrepreneurs to buy, grow, value and sell mid-size businesses in the Construction industry.
