AJ Halwani has extensive experience in construction equipment industry, working for large and multi-national organizations in leadership roles, managing multiple-location equipment sales, rental and service operations across broad territories. His responsibilities included profit and loss, team, territory and product & service development, inventory and fleet planning, among others.
He has a post-graduate degree in Project Management from George Brown College, a B.Sc. degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of the State of New York. Besides, he has done numerous advance executive management studies, namely at Dukes University in US and Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden.
During previous tenure, he has actively participated in several start-ups and acquisitions for his former employers. His involvement in acquisition projects included initial due diligence, negotiation, and implementation phases, up to full business integration.
