valuation through due diligence, negotiation, and closing.

Piyush has led multiple acquisitions and brings a unique, operator-informed perspective to M&A advisory, having served as President and CEO of ModernWorks (telecom services) and Ti Foods (food distribution). His experience as a business owner enables him to take a relationship-driven approach to building trust, effectively align seller objectives with transaction outcomes and successfully close transactions.

Previously, he also held senior commercial leadership roles at Samsung Electronics, where he managed large P&Ls and strategic global accounts. Piyush holds an MBA from INSEAD and has lived and worked across North America, Europe, and Asia
